Basement Bathroom & Laundry Room Addition

This project transformed an unfinished basement into a modern full bathroom and dedicated laundry area. New walls were framed to create a functional layout that maximized available space while providing privacy and convenience.

An upflush plumbing system was installed, allowing the bathroom and laundry connections to be added without extensive concrete demolition. The project included new plumbing, electrical, ventilation, drywall, paint, luxury vinyl plank flooring, a modern vanity, a corner shower enclosure, and a dedicated laundry closet designed for a stackable washer and dryer.

The finished space provides a clean, efficient, and attractive basement bathroom and laundry area that adds both functionality and value to the home.
