Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) Flooring Installation – Main Level Townhome

This project involved the complete replacement of the existing flooring throughout the main level of a townhome, upgrading the space with modern Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring. The original builder-grade carpet and sheet vinyl flooring were removed to create a seamless, durable flooring system that enhances both the appearance and functionality of the home.

Following demolition, the subfloor was inspected and prepared to ensure a smooth, level installation. Premium wide plank LVP flooring was installed continuously throughout the foyer, living room, dining area, kitchen, and hallways, creating a cohesive flow between each space. New transition moldings and quarter round trim were installed where required to provide a clean, finished appearance. The existing carpet on the staircase was intentionally retained at the homeowner's request, creating a practical transition between the main and upper levels.
